Beautiful view, great location, and a stunning room. The bathroom was amazing, and the bed very comfortable!

The people in the room upstairs were noisy, which came through the ceiling quite loudly. I was only there for two nights, otherwise I would’ve asked the hotel to speak with them.

very nice and cosy room, very clean, very comfortable beds, nice localisation, you can walk everywhere, shopping malls, and bazars nearby, metro within walking distance, helpful staff - we really liked this place - price also was reasonable

Worth the money for the room and its location.

Location is excellent, near to metro and within walking distance to Lotte mart, Jagalchi, International market, Nampo etc. Room is ok, quite spacious. Clean though on check in.

Only one housekeeping done for our 5 days stay, and only upon request. Even that, no new bath towel change, only extra small towel given.

Spacious room in a good location, but could do with a bit of a clean.

Check-in and check-out were very swift - the staff member was friendly enough. The room and bathroom were pretty spacious, too. The shower was powerful. The pillows were quite soft. Very close to Nampo and Jungang stations on Line 1.

I didn't particularly like that you have to specifically ask for bins to be emptied/the room to be cleaned. It would be better if you could put a sign on the door saying 'Please make up the room'. In addition, the bathmat was pretty worn out and probably should be replaced. The room in general could do with a bit of a clean.

The stay at hotel was average. Staffs were friendly and location was great.

The location was great. There were metros and bus stops all around the hotel which was really convenient.

The washrooms dint provide any privacy. As friends who travelled together having a transparent door for shower was not at all acceptable. The lights were automatically switching off .we tried to look for the timer settings or something in the control but could not find it. The house keeping is done only after u stay for 3 nights and even after that it was not done on a regular basis. Towels were small. And water was also not replenished after cleaning.

Location is awesome, 3 minutes to Nampo MRT. Opposite is kyochon chicken.

The glass of bathroom’s door is clear, Very embarrassed when I was traveling with my brother. One more thing on the last night of my stay, there was a fire alarm. When we fled downstairs from 12F to 1F in a hurry, the staff just told us that it was caused by someone smoking in the room. No one apologized and check everything is fine from floor to floor. The fire alarm light in our room kept blinking until I asked staff to fix it in the midnight. I hope hotel will face up to this serious problem and tell all guest not to smoke in the room when check in. Even though nothing happens in the end, the fire alarm really make people feel scared.

Would book again!

Location is an advantage. Very close to Lotte Mall and BIFF Square. Accommodated us and our friend well. Free coffee at the lobby and can do some work. We got harbor view which was awesome.

The bathroom is quite tricky, clean and large but could use more coverage for privacy. The lights were automatic so could go on then off but aside from that it was well-heated and can manage around it. A full-length mirror somewhere would be helpful as well.

It's lovely to return to a super comfy bed and a strong shower after a long day of sightseeing. They accommodated our room requests; appreciated this very much.

The location is convenient to places of shopping. The hotel is located opposite a police station, so very safe. There are many restaurants around the hotel.
